I am licensed through the U. S. Fish & Wildlife Service to "RAISE AND SELL WATERFOWL". My permit is called a "WATERFOWL SALE AND DISPOSAL PERMIT"! ALL transactions are legal and ALL captive reared birds are marked as per U. S. Fish & Wildlife Requirements. Each bird will come with a transfer permit (Form 3-186).
